Who We Are

Logan Williams Design is a bespoke architectural design studio based in New Richmond, Ohio, specializing in hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind residential and interior architecture.

Founded in 2024 and established full-time in 2025, the studio was born from a simple belief: great design begins with curiosity, context, and craft. Every project is approached as a unique narrative—rooted in the client’s lifestyle, the surrounding environment, and the story the space is meant to tell.

We work closely with homeowners, builders, and design professionals across the Greater Cincinnati region, offering a personal and collaborative design experience from concept to completion.

Hi, I’m Logan Williams.

I’m an architectural designer based in New Richmond, Ohio, focused on creating bespoke, hand-crafted residential and interior architecture. I believe great design lives at the intersection of art, creativity, and thoughtful direction—and every project is an opportunity to explore that balance.

My work begins with understanding place, context, and the people who will inhabit the space. I start by sketching ideas by hand, allowing concepts to develop naturally before refining them through digital modeling and high-fidelity visualization. This process helps create spaces that feel personal, intentional, and truly one-of-a-kind.

I’m a graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s DAAP program (Architecture, 2023) and am currently pursuing my professional licensure through NCARB while completing my Master of Architecture. For projects that require stamped drawings, I collaborate closely with trusted architectural and structural partners.

Outside of architecture, I love computers, mountain biking, Jeeps, and dogs—and if there’s something you’re really into, I’d love to know. I often incorporate personality into my drawings through hand-drawn silhouettes and details that add character, scale, and a human presence to each design.

Our Design Process

A clear, grounded, client-friendly explanation of how we work.

1. Discovery & vision

This foundational step is a deep, collaborative conversation. We move beyond square footage and room counts to explore your aspirations, lifestyle, and aesthetic vision. We establish the project's unique "why," its goals, and its relationship to the surrounding community and environment.

2. Concept & Visualization

Using the vision from our discovery, we begin crafting the "big idea." This is where art and architecture merge. We develop initial concepts, spatial layouts, and aesthetic directions, bringing them to life with our 3D modeling services so you can see and feel the space long before breaking ground.

3. Meticulous Refinement

With a clear concept approved, we focus on "meticulous attention to detail." We refine the design, researching and selecting materials, finishes, and fixtures. We analyze how light, texture, and form interact to create a truly "one-of-a-kind" and cohesive environment.

4. Documentation & Permits

This is where vision becomes actionable. Our studio creates a comprehensive set of technical drawings and specifications. This detailed "blueprint" is essential for accurate pricing, regulatory approval, and ensuring that every design element is executed perfectly by the build team.

5. Partner & Collaboration

We believe the best projects are built by a unified team. We assist in finding the right construction partner (builder) who shares our commitment to craftsmanship. We then collaborate closely with them, acting as your advocate and creative partner to ensure the design's integrity is protected.

6. Execution & Realization

Our studio remains your dedicated partner throughout construction. We conduct regular site visits, answer questions from the build team, and oversee the execution to ensure it aligns with the design's meticulous standards. This final step is about transforming the shared vision into your "livable art."

Faq.

What types of projects do you take on?

We specialize in residential design, interior architecture, landscape design, and thoughtful transformations of existing spaces. Projects range from small renovations to full new-build concepts.

Are you a licensed architect?

Logan is currently pursuing licensure through NCARB while completing his Master of Architecture at UC DAAP. For projects requiring a stamped set of drawings, we collaborate with Synthesis Architecture & Planning and AO Structural Engineering.

Do you work outside of New Richmond?

Yes. While most of our work is in New Richmond and Greater Cincinnati, we take on select projects throughout Ohio and nearby regions.

Do you use artificial intelligence in your designs?

No. All sketches, concepts, drawings, and renders are created by hand or with professional architectural software—never AI. We believe thoughtful, human-centered design requires a human behind the work.

What makes your design approach different?

Our process is rooted in storytelling, context, and craft. Every project begins with hand sketches, intentional research, and a deep exploration of place. No two designs are alike.

Can you help us find a builder?

Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with builders who share our values of quality and craftsmanship and can assist in selecting the right partner for your project.

Do you provide construction oversight?

Yes. We remain an active advocate throughout construction, conducting site visits, answering builder questions, and ensuring the design vision is carried through.
