High Prairie – EB Arch + Design

A precise 1,600 sq ft sanctuary designed to frame the dramatic convergence of Washington’s peaks. Constructed with rugged CMU block foundations and topped with a striking steel-beam cantilevered roof, the structure merges resilience with gravity-defying lightness. Expansive glazing and pivot doors open the living space entirely to panoramic vistas of Mount Adams and the surrounding Cascade foothills. Minimalist interiors prioritize raw materiality (CMU, steel, timber) and seamless transitions to the high-desert landscape
